Since November 5, 2024, I have been listening to women express their feelings surrounding the re-election of Donald Trump in a landslide victory. The recurring emotions have been:

fear, anger, disillusionment, hopelessness, powerlessness, and frustration

The goal of this group is to support women who are looking for community as we brace ourselves for the oncoming right wing shift and it’s disproportionate effect on women.

In this space, we can grieve collectively, vent, plan, discuss how to rest and take care of ourselves in our new political environment.

Who: Must be a resident of either NY, NJ, IL or DC

When: Every Monday at 6-7:15pm EST

Where: Online via Zoom

Fee: $75 per session ($55 if currently in therapy with me)
